Back again

So I have made at least 5 ” back again ” posts but this time I am really sticking with my workouts. I have been running everyday and cut sodas out of my life. It’s time I take control of my body.

I wore some jeans today and they were very loose. My belt i wear at work had to be tightened an extra notch. YES!


Feel better

SO i been working out at least every other day, if not everyday, and i feel alot better about myself. I feel like an athlete again. I wonder why i fall out of the habit of working out, because when i do workout i feel so much better. I don’t want to forget this feeling so it will motivate me to continue to workout.


mission accomplished

Just got done working out and my wife is cooking us a very healthy supper. I forgot how good I feel when I live a more healthy lifestyle. Going be creating a video blog but I am not sure if I am going to be posting it on here or not.

weight lifting

yesterday i went to my new gym and lifted weights. It was the first time in a long time that I did that. I mainly worked on my legs and shoulders. I plan on going back today and working on my chest,back and abs. I love lifting so I really don’t know why I  haven’t did it in so long. Oh well here’s to future muscle:)


I’m Baaaack

hello peoples..did anyone miss me??? I haven’t posted in almost 2 months! In that time I changed jobs, moved, and stopped running. First two have worked out good the last thing, not so much. Anyways yesterday I joined a gym close to our new place. I need a new name for my blog because my goal is not really to race anymore but to get in the best shape if my life and to be DEDICATED to working out. If you missed me like this post.
